Country manager and Talent Management at AIESEC Oman June 2014 - June 2016 (2 years 1 month)

Responsible for international youth organization AIESEC local operations and membership management. Leading, managing and developing international team of 7 people from Pakistan, Oman, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Egypt and Indonesia. National team selection, preparation, education and professional + personal development was part of my role. We together lead around 200 members annually in AIESEC in Oman.

Working with the biggest universities in Oman: Sultan Qaboos University, Higher College of Technology and Majan College. AIESEC in Oman is partnering with companies as PWC, Nestle, KPMG, PetroGas and many governmental institutions.

Responsible for building organization focus, goals, strategies and their implementation. First 6 months we achieved almost 200% growth in our main program through improved marketing and customer experience strategies implementation. Managing organisation ́s finance with more than 120 000€ annual budget and aligning it with local laws.

Responsible for national recruitment for all 3 local chapters- developing and leading processes as talent/HR planning, recruitment timeline and activities planning, selection, induction to organization and education. Educational and strategical conferences management to 40-100 delegates. Leadership development and education on coaching, team management, connection to organizational strategies and culture. Including selection of local expansions managers, creating and implementing expansion education and flow. Representing AIESEC in Oman events as:

Corporate Export Project Manager

October 2013 - June 2014 (9 months)

Export and growth project for high potential start-ups and national business idea competition teams to support export and knowing the external market. Through project we provide opportunity to get direct connections in different areas in Europe by bringing international volunteers/interns for 6 weeks to work with start-ups. The main responsibilities are to clarify potential markets in specific country or region, with possible partners and product development tailored to market.

Currently 7 start-ups from Tehnopol, 6 teams from Ajujaht participating and 4 volunteers/trainees from UK, Finland and Italy. By the end of project each team has to present their possibilities for export and expanding that they found out during the project.

I am responsible for project description and flow, international trainees selection and training, guiding teams to work with internationals and how to benefit from project by creating individual learning and responsibility plans for them.

This is cooperation project between AIESEC in Estonia, Tehnopol in Tallinn and Ajujaht that is sponsored by EAS.

Professional and Social Internships Project Manager June 2013 - June 2014 (1 year 1 month)

Responsible for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) product development in AIESEC in Estonia; CSR sales and national social projects planning and delivery. Project Management for National CSR projects and international education projects as YouthPreneur and YouthDecide) for highschools and youth mainly in Tallinn and Tartu. Increased the reach of mentioned projects 400% in desired network, projects organizational growth 60%. Responsible for international technical recruitments (Tech Talent Program) for Estonian companies

(shortlisting and preparation); legal management for employees from abroad (living permits) and also integration to Estonia. Growth in stated program currently 200%.
