Nature of jobs:

•To get approval from Town council, HDB, NPARKS for removal of trees for widening, LTA and PUB.

•Construct according to the approved drawings from Professional Engineer.

•Co-ordinate with contractors, neighbors and public’s for complaints and safe work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Supervise and monitor the ongoing Permanent Works and EPS installation.

•Check and Supervise the Permanent Works and equipment layout plan according to approved drawings and specifications Preparation of construction method of statements & Risk Assessment.

•Ensures safety assurance on job site at all time.

•Planning, Scheduling and Reviewing of Construction and M&E drawings.

•Preparing and Analyzing the Cost effective for the completion of work tasks.

•Preparing and Implementation the manpower productivity and requirement for completion of task with cost effectively.

•Conducts inspection with client, Town council and HDB.

•Planning and Monitoring the Site Progress (Time & Quality) for the Construction & EPS installation Works.

•Dealing with the sub-contractors with regards to the project schedules, deadlines and other works on site.

•Submit daily & monthly progress report on project accomplishment to Project Manager.

•Maintaining and documenting the progress photo of all phases of construction and equipment installation works.

•Addressing queries effectively to the clients including the plan and execution of the work.

•Ensure that the methods, procedures and materials used by contractor comply with the prevailing HDB or Statutory Standards

•Ensure that Works are carried out in a safe and proper manner Conduct survey work together with SP prior to the commencement of any Works

•Check and ensure proper on-site storage of materials

•Check and ensure that the workmanship of Works in progress complies with the prevailing quality standards

• Assist in enforcing the safety requirements and ensure the sites are well maintained in terms of safety, cleanliness and tidiness

• Report any irregularities / non-compliances / safety infringements by contractor to Management for further actions against contractor

•Check and ensure that defects identified are satisfactorily rectified by contractor

•Conduct site inspection to verify any feedback / identify car parks defects; Submit progress / investigation reports to client.

•Assist in verifying monthly progress claims submitted by contractor Give periodic feedback to HDB on the Works as well as any improvement items pertaining to safety, security, construction, maintenance, etc.

•Perform overtime as and when required by Management, or when circumstances dictates so

•Inspect and assist with handling / taking over of completed Works Liaise and coordinate with client or external agencies to ensure timely completion and the handing over of the completed Works.

•Conduct site studies and provide suggestions for improvements within car parks.

•Perform other ad-hoc Project Works as when required by management.

•Prepare and submit all the necessary documents, as-built drawings to HDB (HQ) to get final clearance.
