Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches. Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives. Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement. Create or implement security standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct, support, or assist in governmental reviews, internal corporate evaluations, or assessments of the overall effectiveness of the facilities security processes. Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols. Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
Supervise subordinate security professionals, performing activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, or disciplining.
Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.

In charged with conducting sensitive administrative and criminal investigations related to Company/Agency Rules and Regulations or R.A 5487 (Private Security Law) Foster professional relationships with the clients engaging and sharing with the company/agency. Analyze, interpret, interrupt and recommend all cases being investigated Responsible in conducting investigations to admin/criminal actions that has impact on the business interest of the company/agency.
Builds and maintains relationships with a broad range of contacts in the PNP and other government or NGOs.
Directly reporting to the General Manager, Operations Manager and Chief Investigator. Conducts routine and complex investigations involving misconduct, dishonesty and etc. Conducts interviews, meets references and develops sources to further the investigations. Builds relationships with middle to high level officials in the Philippine police system and develop cases and work with these contacts to bring charges into proper disposition or into the fold of the laws. Expected to give official statements on behalf of the company/agency to the Philippine police and prosecutors.
Develop and conduct training related to Company/Agency Rules and Regulations, PNP system to increase awareness
Responsible for completing detailed and timely written reports on his/her investigations and brief the GM, OM, Chief Investigator and other officials on the status and outcome of his/her investigations. SECURITY INSPECTOR:
Personally verify information and create reports to all company/agency's clients such as residential and commercial properties and etc
Provide valuations, inspections and property preservation services. . Provide visual inspections and property preservation services. Generally include driving to a location, performing a visual inspection, taking photos and writing a report. Perform appraisals with an exterior exam/photo documentation. Perform random security personnel inspection.
