Extended short MTBF caused by abrasives by using HVOC and other hard surfacing methods as well as re-designing part geometries. Business increased dramatically and I was offered sales position in yet to be built expansion service center in Anchorage AK. Also increased business at Shell Martinez refinery 7X first year.
