Senior Cost Analyst – 10th Ramadan Plant (Aug 2014: present)

oManage the closing of monthly consumption RM/PM, from technical SAP closing till formalized analysis (performance variance analysis + comments) “GAP Analysis”.

o Review the cost allocations and run all the industrial cost cycle in order to build the controllable cost report.

oManage & review all the P&L and check the consistency of data with RIO/BW/SAP after closing in order to create the MCM presentation file.

oReview & Validate all the master data entered to SAP before uploading the actual daily cost or budget file to avoid any wrong figures.

oManage & Validate Bud/JP/LE processes within scheduled deadlines to integrate the final Bud/JP/LE into SAP & RIO.

oMonitoring and controlling warehouses, production, supplying and consumptions issues and be the management warning bell for any risks.

Alignment and verification with accounting on industrial costs, accruals and report any variance between PCA & COPA.

oWorking very closely with the industrial zone controlling team in France to make sure we have the same common language and to spread any updates sent to the local team, and be ready for any verifications required by the zone team.

oWorking as a key user FI/CO for the industrial controlling team to improve and finding solutions for the weaknesses area of ERP system and work closely with the zone super users for any updates.

oExecutes daily checks. Updates checking procedures when needed. Ensures particularly the consistency of Raw and Pack goods received, variances & performance.

Provides regular analysis for all industrial results upon requests and develop new templates for reports.

oIs the contact for several departments in all issues related to allocations of GL and Cost Centre updates and in term of proper allocation for cost.
