Senior Technical Leader for Aerospace and Energy post-cast gas turbine component development for thermal barrier coatings, low pressure plasma spray coatings, plating, atmospheric plasma spray coatings, high temperature brazing, GTA welding and laser welding repair of directionally solidified and single-crystal alloys, laser drilling and EDM airfoil cooling holes, internal static pressure airflows, machining, solid modeling and six sigma process improvements. Team develops manufacturing source substantiation documentation and special process qualification programs for Siemens, GE, Alstom and PSM; such as High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) coatings, Atmospheric Plasma Spraying (APS) coatings, Vapor Phase Aluminizing (VPA) coatings and Vapor Phase Chromizing (VPCr) coatings.

Lead Engineer for all General Motors & Honda cast aluminum wheels. Designed to customer specifications of rim size, and weight requirements, generated 3D solid models from stylist data or sketches and used 3D models for Stress Analysis, Drawing Creation and CNC Programming.
