I performed multiple duties at this job. I worked thefront desk many days assisting patients with scheduling appointments, getting necessary medical records, our processing payments. I also did these things over the phone. Many times i would bounce from the front desk to taking an x-ray, back to the file room, run over to assist the radiologist with a computer issue and then back to the front desk. Worked as both a staff Radiology tech and a less Mammography tech. I wore many hats and was always busy, from imaging patients, charting for the Doctors in the many different computer systems, helping in the emergency department or assisting our radiologists with whatever needs they might have. Lots of coordination of patient care between departments in person and over the phone. I led our hospital through 4 successful state inspections to maintain the mammography license to practice.

With many different clinics many times we are working alone and multi task constantly.
