I believe I have so much to offer to include over 14 years working as a Human Resource Management function, supervisory skills as well as project management experience. I am a 19 year United States Air Force Airman whose primary job is Education and Training Management and I have had plenty of opportunity to provide leadership and management to all levels of personnel within my assigned organizations. I pride myself on being disciplined, organization, committed and having passion for the people.

Some specific highlights of my qualifications and accomplishments include:

Hundreds of hours providing statistical data and project updates to top levels of management.

In-depth knowledge of course curriculum development and transitioning curriculum to train personnel on organizational/workplace policy and procedures.

10+ years of experience providing HR support for units worldwide. I am able to develop teams to reach maximum levels of efficiency and effectiveness in high stress environments.
