Profile:
Working as a RF engineer looking forward to learn more and elevate career by gaining knowledge & being up to date with the current technologies in the telecom world.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Electrical Engineering
University of Bridgeport, GPA: 3.78, Graduated May 2017
Concentrating in communication, Key courses: RF communication, Modern wireless communication, Communication, Digital Signal Processing, DSP Lab, Low power VLSI Design, Nanotechnology
Final project: Detecting emotion from speech signals
Description: Comparing feature extraction techniques using Linear predictive analysis (LPC), Linear predictive cepstral coefficients (LPCC), perceptual linear predictive coefficients (PLP), Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC), Power spectral analysis (FFT), Mel scale cepstral analysis (MEL), First order derivative (DELTA). And using Support vector machine (SVM) and Hidden Markov Model (HMM) as a classifier. Will be trying to increase accuracy. Using Matlab and Praat for this project.
Other key projects & courses:
RF Communication: *Designed a low-pass maximally flat filter having a pass band of 0 to 3 GHz, and an attenuation of 20dB at 5GHz. The characteristic impedance was 75 Ohms. *Designed a four section band pass filter having a maximally flat group delay response. The bandwidth was 5% with the center frequency of 1.8 GHz. The impedance was 50 Ohms. These filters were designed using ADS tool. As a part of RF design, I have studied to design high performance RF circuits and RF systems.
Digital signal processing: I have done both theory and lab course. So I have designed several kinds of filters and compared their simulation results using MATLAB.
Low power VLSI: Design and simulation of CMOS and Domino full adders. Power Analysis of CMOS and Domino Full Adder. The design and simulation was done using PSPICE and Cadence.
Bioinformatics: The following projects were done using Python * User should be able to assign scores for matching, mismatching, insertion/deletion. A full implementation of LCS backtracking, walk from the last cell value should be implemented. After user give two input strings the program prints the maximum alignment score. The program produced the LCS results. **Finding HMM using python. In the program a sequence is given that begins in an Exon, 5’ Splice site and an Intron. Sequences will always be generated from these three sites in this particular order, the probability for nucleotides for each state states and for each edge are user inputs. Then program will use Forward or Viterbi Algorithm to find most likely states for the sequence given by the user.
BSc in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (BSETE)
North South University, Awarded 2012
Final thesis: Age group recognition from facial images
Description: In the proposed system, facial images are differentiated and characterized using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). And identified using Fuzzy C-Means (FCM).For extracting features we used PCA and LDA and for training the samples we have used FCM. The theory was implemented using MATLAB.
