Responsible for acquisition and maintenance of mineral rights and leasehold interests within ten townships in Oklahoma. Supervised brokers, acquired new acreage while maintaining existing acreage. Responsible for multiple rig lines and securing title necessary to drill wells. Coordinated the preparation of Spacing, Pooling, Location Exception, Increased Density and Multi Unit Applications with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Scheduled applications with various commission attorneys. Provided expert witness testimony. Coordinated hearing dates and expert witnesses across the necessary disciplines, scheduled and led meetings with internal and external expert witnesses prior to hearings.

Significant Achievements:

Land Lead for Continental/SK (DewBlaine) E&P Joint Venture Project in the NW Cana Area.

Managed three brokerage firms and secured 57,000 acres in three months necessary to fulfill the preliminary contract terms of the JV Agreement.

Responsible for all Land functions including management of land administration and support staff. Responsible for keeping up with a drilling schedule of 10-12 company-operated wells a year. Negotiated agreements for the mineral interests in Oklahoma and Texas for outside-operated wells. Supervised Lease Brokers, coordinated all Oklahoma Corporation Commission applications, provided expert witness testimony while scheduling and securing the expert witnesses of other disciplines. Drafted and circulated Joint Operating Agreements for company-operated wells.
