Under general supervision, I am responsible for executing the physical and administrative tasks pertaining to all storeroom activities, all shipping and receiving activities, all food ingredient warehouse activities, component and material inventory activities and mail handling activities.
Pick n Pull Auto Dismantlers, January 2017 – August 2017. Vehicle Purchasing Agent (VPA). Windsor CA. I greet clients (customers) and Prepare DMV paperwork to transfer Title and ownership of vehicles for retirement by State sponsored programs and the Cash for Cars programs.
Loring Smart Roast, Inc. October 2014 –April 30, 2015 - Purchasing Agent. Prepared and Issued Purchase Orders, Prepared RFQ’s, Material Planning, maintained supply and Inventory levels, expedited orders to meet production as required, and negotiated costing levels in bulk when possible. Follow up on open orders to limit interruptions in production. Continued with vetting new suppliers to comply with ISO9000 processes and Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (GMP’s) are adhered to. Insure Quality Assurance merchandise when received. Requested Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA’s). Involved with day to day operations and worked closely with the Engineering Department as well as the IT Department to acquire complex electronic components, needed to operate Coffee Bean Roasting Machines.

Procurement Manager; maintained inventory levels of Steel Plate and other components required for the manufacturing of Construction of Frack Tanks. The manufacturing plant located near Bakersfield CA. from an office in Windsor CA. Maintained constant flow levels, spreadsheets and reports related to production and projections. Processed credit applications, negotiated terms, reconciled invoicing and billing, managed accounts for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

KVAL Machinery Inc. May 2016 to Oct 2016 – A temporary position at KVAL Machinery in a transition role for the Customer Service Department. I was assigned as the Customer Service, Data Entry and Parts person. I answered phones, entered customers’ addresses, equipment Serial Numbers and determined the Trouble Shooting Codes to service, Electric, Programing or Mechanical, to connect the customer, to the proper Department.
