1st Project - Forman/Assistant Superintendent for an Army Core of Engineers project. My Project included:

● The excavation, removal and disposal of 2200 LF of concrete seawalls buried 15 ft below sea level, centered directly in the middle of Tybee Island GA's most popular beach. Project was extremely time sensitive due to beach goers, tide and weather.

● I Supervised all foremen, operators, multiple pieces of equipment and Subs, including a very tricky Mobilization/De-Mobilization with very little beach access during peak tourist season (one of the most impossible situations to deal with as it included the foot traffic of no less than 300 beachgoers a day).

● Conducted daily production reports including all production, material usage, crew hours, fuel and sub-contractor production in HCSS construction software.

● Our operations included the use of a Kobelco CK1000 Crawler Crane, a HPSI 250 Exciter to drive 50-40 ft. sheet pilings creating a 50 ft. x 50 ft. cofferdam. The concrete seawall segments were then excavated around and removed with our excavators and crane. Seawall was then demolished onsite and hauled off to a recycler.

● I also operated our crane for 100+ hrs due to the lack of operators and their movement around our other projects.

2nd project - Superintendent for a 2 year City of Tampa canal reconstruction project which handled a large portion of the Tampa Bay area storm water flow into Tampa Bay. I was initially assigned as Assistant Superintendent but soon promoted to site Superintendent within 1 month due to my many capabilities, production ability and company needs. My Project included:

● Supervision of foremen, crews, subs, rental companies and trucking companies for all of our production, equipment and supply needs over entire project length.

● De-watering, excavation, concrete pours, block wall construction and restoration of homeowner’s property parallel to canal.

● The project included the installation of 2000 LF of Diamond 10D Interlocking Retaining Wall.

● Construction processes included the temporary installation of 2000 LF of 12" HDP and the operation of 2-12", 2- 8" and 3-6" portable pumps utilized for the 24-hr continuous De-watering needs required throughout project completion due to being under sea level in the canal.

● This project was very difficult due to being very space confined, wet, weather driven with many low hanging power-lines and existing trees. Not to mention having to deal with many an unhappy and agitated millionaire home owners who did not want us there and did not like the noise.

● Steel road plates and I-beams were installed as shoring throughout project.

● Supervised the removal of trees and existing structures, lane and road closures as well as any request set forth by the city due to homeowner requests.

● Three streets were also traversed and existing culverts removed and replaced with larger ones. Subs then performed the necessary restorations under my direct supervision.

● Coordinated utility service providers according to project schedules.

● Reviewed plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction.

● Conducted weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.

● Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor personnel.

● Reported to the CEO on conformance with the contract schedule.

● Conducted all critical pre-installation conferences with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and manufacturer's representatives.

● Digitally archived weekly progress and technical “Knowledge Base” photographs of all assigned projects.

● Determined the project schedule, which included the sequence of all construction activities.

● Prepared regular interval progress reports.

● Conducted routine quality audits to ensure that work was progressing per the specifications and initiated corrective actions.

● Guided and directed third-party inspectors through project construction, commissioning and closeout.

● Implemented systems to improve process efficiency and reduce the project duration.

● Scheduled all contractors and materials deliveries.

● Hired/Fired/Trained/Promoted and performed continued education for all onsite crew members.

● During the projects duration, I learned a lot of techniques from my project manager and general superintendent while gaining much more knowledge of my own capabilities. Foreman/Crane Operator, 02/2012-03/2013
