WORK EXPERIENCE Currently working as a Junior Engineer (Civil) in Construction wing at Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan Mission since 21st September 2015 under Government of Tripura.

Worked as a Quality Manager at North East Soil Testing, Agartala from July, 2013 to 20th September 2015.

At Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan Mission(September 2015 – Present)

•Site Supervision of school building units like Additional class Rooms of 30 to 35 units each unit bearing approx 4 lakhs, toilets of 20 units each unit bearing approx 2 lakhs, 5 school buildings each of approx 20 lakhs, dining rooms & kitchen under SSA & also under various other schemes.

•Planning the work proforma like quanity surveying and arranging the materials accordingly for the work.

•Planning for the projects of upcoming financial years like number of class rooms, boundary walls, toilets, kitchen sheds etc needed by the schools and doing estimation accordingly.

•COST ESTIMATION of the materials required for the construction of schools as per project plan & then final submission to MHRD for funds.

•Acountable to internal audit for executed work, keep record of expenses incured, chek for budget over shoot, in case of budget overshoot proper documentation for that.

At North East Soil Testing, Agartala(July 2013 – September 2015)

•North East Soil Testing is the only NABL Accredited laboratory in the entire North Eastern region.

•Quality control of physical and chemical tests of construction materials to be used in construction works.

•Conducting Internal Quality Audit of test results of construction materials & comparing results as per IS Specifications.

•Handled a project of of approx 2 lakhs National Jute Board regarding condition of the road after certain years due to usage of Jute Geo Textiles in PMGSY Roads at Agartala.

•Checking and finalizing the reports before submission to CEO for approval & handing over to clients.

•Conducting tests of building materials like for brick, Compressive Strength Test, Effloresscence Tests, Water Absorption etc for cement, consistency, soundness, compressive strength test of different grades etc, for soil,moisture content, liquid limit, plastic limit, direct shear test etc, for wood, moisture content etc, tiles etc

•Z-score analysis of all the physical tests of construction materials & there inter laboratory test handling to get the difference in results of same materials tested in different laboratories under NABL.
