Responsibilities

* Controlling all types of documents and making logs and Reports.

* Ensure personal files are up to date and secure. Update staff leave schedule, Handling all the services contracts, maintenance, contracts and Company utilities. Plan and manage procurement of all office supplies of stationary, supplies, equipment and furniture.

* Excellent knowledge of oracle system.

* Making daily tasks, daily follow up, making reports and update them frequently.

* Dealing with all other departments like procurement, HR, control and finance.

* Cooperating with all team mates by creating a shared network .

* taking notes, sending and receiving mails, arranging appointments, taking calls, dealing with costumers and companies.

* Dealing with a lot of contractors and vendors, creating purchase orders and monthly invoices for projects on oracle and dealing with all types of invoices by collecting the necessary papers and deliver it to finance department and follow up until the check is released.
