1. CNC Machinist in Aircraft Structures, August 2016 – present

Tawazun Precision Industries, Zayed Military City, Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE

Set-up and operate CNC milling machines as per work instruction given by the production engineer

Assuring to produce good output

Check all the cutting tool conditions before running the machine or even in between the process

Always follow the dimensions given on the blue print and tolerances

Report some abnormal noise and leakage on the machines

Cleaned the machines and the surroundings before and after using the machine

2. CNC Machinist 3 and Line Leader, July 2014 – July 2016

Making sure that all the machines in the production line is running and producing good quality output by sending one finished item in quality control team and personally checks the part

Identifies the problems encountered in the production line and finding the best way to resolve it
