Description: The Travelers Companies is an American insurance company. And as part of the project, Travelers was upgrading Microsoft windows 2003 to Microsoft windows 2008.This needed a planned execution involving rigorous co-ordination with various stakeholders and partners which includes application management teams, Infrastructure teams and third-party vendors. As part of Dev-Ops team we ensured that the infrastructure portion of the work is well taken care of. As part of Environment team, we primarily worked on provisioning the servers with all the required software configurations and getting them ready for build/deployment activities which involved creation of scripts for build and deployments on lower regions and delivering it for higher testing and deployment until Prod without any glitches or defects.
