WORK EXPERIENCE

•Working as a “Unit operator – (TWMA) Total Waste Management Alliances Ltd.

(Offshore) (UAE) for ZADCO UZ 750 project under national drilling company (NDC).

Period From: 2016 to Till Present

Job Responsibilities:

Operating 2 thermal desorption units and its oil/water separation units as per the specified procedures. Ensuring that both the units operate to their optimum processing rate in a safe manner with everything in control.

Controlling various parameters such as the burners to maintain the required temperatures, maintaining the vacuum by controlling the process blowers, operating VFD drives, controlling the feed rate.

Recording and observing the various readings and the charts

In case of various types of contingencies and emergencies ensure that the actions and procedures to be followed.

Monitor the process operation complies with the EHS policies and the other environmental regulations laid down by other respective environmental bodies.

Prepare daily production report.

To perform the necessary activities required for preparing the equipment for planned maintenance activities.

To ensure the startup and shutdown activities are carried out in a safe manner following the respective procedures.

Assist the plant engineer in simultaneous operations (Simops) and maintenance activities.

Solving the problems while the units are inline

Being conversant with P&ID diagrams.

Familiarize with operations and maintenance of 500 KVA electric generators, heat exchangers, burners, rotary screw compressors, cooling towers, gantry cranes. Also good knowledge of Three Phase/ Two Phase centrifugation and using chemical as dehydrating agent in the process pretreatment & solidification of received waste.

Reduced the consumption of water by 24%, thus achieving cost savings by reusing water and centrifugation.
