I. Worked as Instrument Technician at AKSHAY CONTROLLS PVT LTD, Cochin, India from September 2016 to September 2017.

Client: BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Calibration and Servicing of Pressure, Flow, temperature and Level transmitter

Calibration of Pneumatic, Electronic and Smart transmitters.

Calibration of differential pressure switches, Vacuum switches, safety relief valves and switching valves.

Smart series and field bus all transmitters, control valves calibrated using HART 275/375/475

Responsible for loop checking (hot and cold) Trouble shooting and maintenance.

Maintenance preventive /repair and calibration of all types of instruments and valves.

Control valve servicing, assembling and repair.

Tubing for control valve, impulse line, Pressure transmitter, Solenoid valve and Pressure switch.

Basic knowledge in PLC (wiring and loop checking) II. Worked as OPERATION&MAINTENANCE ENGINEER at AMERICAN TOWER CORPORATION from September 2012 to August 2016.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Telecom Tower Monitoring &trouble shooting based on the power alarm generated &minimize power outages.

Rectifier operation and maintenance & trouble shooting.

Battery bank maintenance and Trouble shooting.

Alarm multiplexer maintenance.

Equipment shelter maintenance

Maintenance &trouble shooting of Air conditioner& Stabilizer inside the Telecom shelter.

Technician management for proper functioning of telecom towers thus to reduce the power outages.
