Electro-Mechanical Designer– Electrical and mechanical design, modeling and documentation of the FJ33 and FJ44 Exciter jet engine ignition module. Documentation included assembly, sub-assembly, installations, electrical schematics and detail drawings of Exciter components. Worked with Gerber Files (Drill, silkscreen, solder etc.). Modeled and documented several multi-layer PCB's containing flexible circuits, embedded microprocessors, and SMDs. Researched and purchased connectors (with pinouts of various gauge wires) and other electrical components. Designed and modeled several terminal blocks. Mechanical Designer: Created part and assembly models and drawings using Pro-E R5 and Wind-chill for several commercial vehicle gas pump modules. Component materials consisted of injection molded plastics, sheet metal and various hoses and wire harnesses. All work was performed in accordance with current ANSI standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing was utilized.
Fixture Designer: Created part and assembly models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor for several commercial manufacturing fixtures that install support and convoluted tubes, perform various leak test and various fixtures that assist in different stages of the assembly process for vehicle gas pump modules.
