Returned the plant to profitability in 2017.

o Foster an environment of continuous process improvement through idea sharing, high project closure rate with proven positive impacts, and celebrating the successes. o Develop a vision and strategy for improving the plants overall Key Performance Indicators. Design much needed automated processes for calculating both the KPI’s and the departmental Operational Performance Indicators. o Right size operation to match demand using Lean tools. o Streamline operations to better handle fluctuations in volume.
