Entered a company undergoing rapid expansion ( Lafarge Cement Nigeria) as their first HR Manager, and built the HR department from the ground up while implementing Lafarge’s HR standards and compliance. Revamped the employee handbook, HR policies and procedures, job descriptions and orchestrated the full implementation of Lafarge Nigeria’s performance management framework.

Successfully designed and navigated the maturation of the Core and Functional Competencies Framework in Schneider Electric Egypt that will acting as the back bone for all recruitment and organizational development plans in Schneider Electric Egypt.

Restructured the recruiting efforts for multiple locations across different countries ( Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman) through the creation of Sealedair’s Manpower Planning Guide which significantly streamlined the Manpower Planning and Recruitment Process.

Resuscitated a struggling organization ( Nissan Motors Egypt) by reducing the overall staff workforce by 25%, while addressing and resolving compliance issues and facilitating extensive training programs. Also created and trained the Job Evaluation Committee using the HAY Job Evaluation Method for Nissan in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain, which resulted in having a unified effective Job Grading System. • Provides ongoing strategy guidance, interpretation, and technical support to Nissan’s management in all areas of HR management.

• Liaises with the Regional HR Divisions to support and contribute to the corporate HR strategy formulation and local implementation; advises on the applicability of new HR strategies and guidelines to country HR plans and activities.

• Provides feedback and makes recommendations from a field perspective on the establishment & improvement of HR systems and internal controls, planning and change management and resolution of HR issues and problems.

• Participates in global workshops and meetings for the strategic planning of Human Resources Operations.

• Coordinates with the Regional HR to oversee, implement and administer the equitable, transparent, and efficient HAY job classification system in compliance with the established job classification policy, guidelines, procedures, and related requirements.

• Coordinates with the relevant partners in the Regional HR Office to conduct training needs analyses and review training/Learning plans and budgetary allocation. Support regional training programmes, and monitor and evaluate Nissan's training and learning activities.

• Plans and arranges the desired workshops/learning programmes for organizational competency building.

• Promotes management excellence by ensuring accountability in all areas of HR.

• Effectively manages the human and financial resources (budget planning, management, and monitoring) and ensures that they are optimally utilized.
