modification. To ensure the optimum proper operation of Kiln, Spray Dryer and Glazing

Line to achieve the required production in term of Quality and Quantity. To ensure proper

training to staff and Maintenance on the above machineries, mechanically and electrically (Work Instructions and Standard Operation Procedure) Identify factories problems and/or

Improvement possibilities. Study cost and benefit of any new investment or project; present it to Top Management for further approvals. Year 2006 start up new line to produce granite tile, produce soluble salt, double charge and multiplied, developed new design for size 60x60 polished.

PT. Jui Shin Indonesia was successful, that it grown from 3 line to 9 line in just 5 years.

Nowdays factory production from 16.000 meter square up to 45.000 meter square per day, average 93 percent is first quality. At October 2008, it was received ISO 9000.

Year 2009 start new project for 2 (two) completed production line of gres porcelain use SACMI Machinery. Project has finished in August 2011. Total production from this 2 9two) lines is 24.000 square meter / days averages 90% is first quality.
