Tasks/Achievements
Proffered technical proposals for candidates for workover, snubbing, re-perforation, sidetrack, acidizing job and isolation of water influx layers in mature reservoirs resulting to incremental production from 5,000 BOPD to 11,000 BOPD.
Enhanced base production from 7,000 BOPD to 20,000 BOPD via sound, technical inputs to drillwells and workover programs, choke and gaslift production optimization in reservoirs.
Increased recoverable reserve base from 10 MBO to 22 MBO through change in depletion strategy, recovery mechanism, production forecast methodology, STOIIP/GIIP re-assessment and validation from dynamic and static models, IPM/GAP models.
Coordinated reservoir, drilling/completion and production multi-disciplinary expertise to propose curative actions for underperforming wells, quantify expected benefits and economic analysis.
Collaborated with geology and geoscience to mature and firm up drillwells and workover opportunities via technical contributions in production history analysis, log/contact evaluation, IPM/GAP models and simulation studies.
Initiated and progressed choke and gaslift production optimization practices using IPM/GAP modelling tools which resulted to company reaching and exceeding their annual production stewardship target.
Introduced and trained Asset Team members on Reservoir/Production Engineering application softwares used to validate, evaluate, identify and generate work program opportunities for production enhancement and to increase well productivity.
Arrested annual field decline rate through comprehensive well by well/reservoir surveillance, change in depletion strategy and production optimization.
Actively organized and participated in annual field and wellbore utility reviews, field capacity decline analysis review that generated work program opportunities to the company plan inventory.
Designed subsurface definition basis for 5 wellhead platforms alternative gascap gaslift projects which resulted to incremental production uplift of 10,000 BOPD and additional 7.0 MBO recoverable reserves.
