Play roles as a project manager and key scientist. This research was supported by Japanese Ministry of Education and Science (JMES). 04/1996-12/1998: Post-Doctoral Researcher, Institute of Physical and Chemical Research

(RIKEN), Wako, Saitama, Japan

Proposed and conducted a project on optical feedback in a semiconductor laser interferometer, in which independently carried out a perfect theoretical analysis for self- stabilization of fringes and developed an optical feedback interferometer robust to external disturbances. This research makes me stand on the top level in this field and to be a world-wide well-known scientist, awarded by Optical Society of Japan (OSJ) for this research. This novel interferometer has been used in silicon wafer inspection and optical lithography.

03/1993-03/1994: Research Associate, Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) Wako, Saitama, Japan

Have developed an electronic feedback control system for stabilizing interferometer in the project of designing active phase-shifting TV speckle interferometer where the Visual C++ has been used for computer controlled system. Conduct a research on active interferometer for shape and deformation measurement. 08/1991-02/1993: Research Assistant, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun, Jilin, China Conducted a project in solid modeling of optical and mechanical parts by CAD, and accordingly developed automatic design software for optical and mechanical system using Zemax and AutoCAD tool on a HP work station.
