Pilot Build and Launch Supervisor

Management and coordination of all Pilot builds in the PPVC and or Assembly plants. Represent the Engineering community as the voice of the customer providing a single point of contact for program direction.

implementation of changes to the build of materials post dispersal.

• Launch Lead for station layout with CAD and Material handling.

Jeep Platform Build & Launch Supervisor

Report to the RWD Build Manager. Execute the Proto-type and Pilot build plan by assembling the program builds.

• Manage part shortages with engineers and the supply base.

• Warehouse and inventory management – in-house and in a plant environment.

• Supervise the build team comprised of engineering and hourly union production

workers and Technicians to capture program issues and work on root cause analysis and

resolution.

• Serve as the lead for all logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery of material to keep

the program building within the specified timing.

• Point of contact with the build shops for coordination of program timing.

Procurement and Supply Engineer. August 2000 – May2003

Reported directly to the Director of Electrical Engineering. Execute purchase orders to suppliers for proto-type material.

• Coordinate material requirements with over 40 suppliers.

• Analyze the build plans for all “JEEP” brand proto-type and pilot builds.

• Maintain the Electrical engineering budget for all programs.

• Resolve all part shortage issues with the suppliers and issue receipts to ensure the

Suppliers are compensated.
