Assemble and repair downhole equipment for large oil and gas companies.

Build prototypes and run stress test on them including vibration and or drop test to ensure dependability to withstand being placed into the field.

Assemble servers, including loading servers into the racks as well as point to point wiring, account for all parts, (BOM) build of materials, ran cables to their correct destination as well as label them properly.

Insure that each server was built to their specific methods and specifications.

Inspect servers for any discrepancies and document them, then send them back to the assembler who assembled them to correct any errors made.

Installed operating systems and ran diagnostic tests to insure proper functioning.

Test and troubleshot (PCB's) printed circuit boards to component level using fixture testing equipment and a monitor, which printed out all of the components that were failing.

Diagnose problems using schematics, failure reports, and (DVM) digital multimeter.

I performed rework including de soldering the bad component and soldering on the new component.

Re test the board using fixture testing equipment to insure the board passed.

I became IPC 610 Certified while employed with this company.

Assemble down hole tools according to schematics, work procedures, (BOM) build of materials.

Perform detail oriented work, including potting boards and assembling the wiring harnesses to specific areas.

Soldered connections and used heat shrink tubing on wires to protect them from any defects.
