1) Production- Sterile Manufacturing,Aseptic filling activity & Handling of QMS Documents and VALIDATION OF EQUIPMENTS

Performance Verification of Autoclave, Vial /Ampoule washing & Tunnel Depyrogenation, filling machines and sealing machine.

Initiate the Standard operating procedures include all general procedures, operating instructions and cleaning instructions of various equipments related to production as per requirement.

To be yield conscious and reconciliation of materials.

Online completion of BMR and maintenance of cGMP documents

Involved in internal audits as per schedule. Preparation, review and compliance to various regulatory audits.

To maintain Area upkeep by ensuring Good house keeping practices and clean room behavior.

Coordinate with R&D for the execution of Process evaluation and exhibit batches involving sterile products for US and EU commercial market.

To ensure compliance to systems and procedures and maintains all documents.

Monitoring of Water System (PW, WFI Pure steam) Generation, storage and distribution System.

cGMP pertaining to house keeping,Safety and Hygiene.

Efficient running of Production department.

Preliminary Investigation of market complaint.
