I was assigned to a pair of projects that were in progress and scheduled for delivery in early August 2017 and November 2017. Activities included managing the Project Plan, weekly status meetings, stewarding the delivery, review and approvals for the BRD’s, HLD/LLD’s, Test Plans, Scripts, UAT’s SIT’s and Deployment Plans. As a Sr. Project Manager contract employee of Matlen Silver, Inc. I am assigned to in a Program Management Consulting role to the Relationship & Product Management Group within the Global Network & Infrastructure Solutions Division of the Bank of America’s Global Technology organization. I am supporting a multi-billion dollar program called the HP Rewind.
