Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.

Plan wiring and installation of panel boards, equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, as well as control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.

Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.

Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit. Pull wiring through conduit. Splice wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps.

Test continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments.

Inspect wiring and fixtures for conformance to college specifications or local electrical codes.

Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. Repair faulty equipment or systems.

Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

Project: Installation of new compressors at GC-07, 08 & 21

Installation of HT & LT Switchboards, Motor control centers, Metering Panels, All type of LT Motors, Battery Maintenance and Auto Electrical works.

Supervision and execution of cable laying, glanding & termination for HT & LT switchboards, Control panels, Motor control centers, Generators, HT & LT motors, Transformers, Motor operated valves, Lighting & Power distribution boards, Flood lighting poles, Substation & control room lighting.
