4. Cost analysis for cost reduction for decision making. 5. Preparation of cash inflow / cash outflow, Income statement, financial analysis of financial statements to see the financial status. 6. Preparation of BEP [ Break –Even-Point ] to correlate with progress to judge the status of project running in either profit or loss. 7. Preparation of EOQ [ Economic order of quantity ] to control the inventory. SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITY :
a. PERT/ CPM network analysis and preparing macro and micro level project schedule plan for site execution with schedule budget and given time schedule.
b. Monitor the project daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis and introduce Earned value management.
