Worked with Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Formely Known as Promed exports Pvt. Ltd. situated at Vill. Khera, P.O. Nalagarh, Distt. Solan (HP) since Dec. 2011 to Dec. 2013 as “Jr. Executive (micro)”.It is known for manufacturing products by introducing advanced technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance of cGMP and cGLP in microbiology Laboratory.

Preparation and Qualification of media

To carry out sampling and testing of Raw water, Purified water,WFI and Pure Steam.

Maintenance of microbial cultures, Preparation of cell suspension, isolation and identification of environment isolates.

Microbial limit Testing and bioburden of of raw, in process, Finish, Packing materials and stability samples.

Cleaning, Calibration and operation of of pH meter, Autoclave and weighing balance.

Preparation and observation of Plates.

Preparation of documents and SOPs.

Monitoring of equipments and microbiology laboratory.

Sterilization and disposal of microbiological waste.
