WORKING EXPERIENCE (PRESENT)
i) Working as ‘Caretaker cum Estate Officer’ with Middleton Mansions Resident’s Welfare Society’, Middleton Street, Kolkata
Responsibilities(Present) –
1)To look after the security arrangements inside and outside the Mansion, prepare duty of security guards; take action against dereliction of duties, regular checking of log books, incident reports, permissions etc.
2)Tackle the awkward situations cleverly and to inform Administration of the daily security and any untoward situation.
3)To Supervise gardening, Lift works, Electrical maintenance, Generator works, housekeeping, plumbers, cleaning of overhead tanks etc inside the premises.
4)Keep liaison with Administration, local Police station, Fire brigade department, KMC authorities, CESC regarding payment of taxes, bills, renewal of licenses, garbage removal etc
5) Maintain cordial relationship with flat owners and solve their problems
6) Collect rent of common areas(CAM)and deposit in Banks
7) Maintain pretty cash and accounts.
8) Maintain all important files relating to the Mansion
9) Overall supervision of the Mansion with respect to facility matters &
Facility Management.
Others –
overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
