My experience is more than 16 years in all accounts Fields "mainly costing Accounts". I'm worked in more than a multinational company as Kellogg’s, Lacteal’s, and AJE Group. These companies added to me a lot of their methods and cultures for example:-

1- How can to advantage from every moment.

*Costing Manager at Big Cola Egypt (AJE Group International) for soft drinks (CSD & Juices) " from 04/2020 till Now.

Almost the same functions as the previous job with different environment and industry nature.

*Costing Manager at Innovative Plastic manufacturing company “PlastTEC” (Plastic Technology) from 10/2018 till 04/2020.

-Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.

-Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.

-Identify and develop in-plant cost concepts for all departments.

Manage day-to-day operations of the existing cost accounting function from the management of current rates to monthly close and analysis.

-Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis and taking corrective actions.

“Costing Manager at Al- Nour 2 Factory from 01/2016 till 08/2016 and Costing Manager at Best of France Factory from 08/2016 till 10/2018”.

- Preparing the monthly industrial result and comparing it vs. budget and vs. last year and explain the deviations.

- Preparing the factory losses reports based on zero losses from one side and vs. budget losses from the other side and analyzing the losses reasons to formulation, price, and process effect.

- Calculating the monthly contribution margin by category, market, and item.

- Analyzing the P&L to (commercial part and industrial part) on monthly basis and comparing It vs. budget and vs. last year and explain the deviations.

- Following up the utility consumption (Gas, Electricity, and Water) and comparing it vs. Budget and vs. last year to analyze the deviations to volume effect, price effect, and efficiency effect.

- Following up the actual recipes for the products on daily basis and comparing them with the STD recipes and the budget recipes to do more control on the formulation effect.

- Calculating the overweight and over standardization per item.

- Preparing machines' performance reports to measure the efficiency and analyzing the reasons for a stoppage like a scrape, maintenance, production stopping and change over.

- Following up purchasing orders for all raw and packaging materials.

- Reconcile the variance between standard overheads cost and actual cost and variances allocation.

- Reviewing all the production orders cost on weekly basis and allocate the actual consumption of raw and packaging material per job order on the ERP system.

- Reviewing the bill of material (BOM) on the ERP system (Axapta).

- Following up the (WIP) work in progress on daily basis.

- Preparing the monthly rolling forecast for the factory industrial result for 3 coming months.

- Identifying our needs from the material based on the forecasted volume and the stock QTY.

- Preparing the annual budget.

Cost Controller at Biscomisr Company (Kellogg’s international) From 01/2011 to 01/2016.

- Consolidating the three factories' monthly results to have a company’s overview.

- Prepare Standard cost for all Products and Compare it with actual cost & analysis the variances.
