• Take full responsibilities to gather all necessary information from employees to maintain and update file records.

• Conduct new appointments and end of service procedures in a professional and timely basis.

• Manage leaves, Exit Re-entry, Vacation, business trips, and attendances for all employees.

• Create and provide employee certificates such as work experience and Acknowledgment letters.

• Supervise the allotment of all incoming faxes.

• Provide all necessary support to colleagues and Management.

• Take full responsibility to purchase all kinds of office & assist in offices locating.
