A. Human Resource Management (Recruitment)
Get the requirement and pursue the requirement.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing for different Industries.
Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates in many different networks like Group ( Job Portal-Naukri.com,Monster.Com, etc. and other social network- LinkedIn as well as internal database for recruiting.
Screening and short listing of resumes, Interview scheduling, interviewing the short listed candidates and all follow up action there after till the close the position.
Create job posting on different job portals on daily basis to pool of candidates for any position at given period of time.
Broadcasting the requirement through mass mailer to all the vendors.
