Major Responsibilities: -

A. Human Resource Management (Recruitment)

Get the requirement and pursue the requirement.

Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing for different Industries.

Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates in many different networks like Group ( Job Portal-Naukri.com,Monster.Com, etc. and other social network- LinkedIn as well as internal database for recruiting.

Screening and short listing of resumes, Interview scheduling, interviewing the short listed candidates and all follow up action there after till the close the position.

Create job posting on different job portals on daily basis to pool of candidates for any position at given period of time.

Broadcasting the requirement through mass mailer to all the vendors.

Recruit all level of professional – Junior, Middle, Senior levels. i.e. Junior, Senior, Lead Administrator, project Manager, Architect, Engineers.

Taking Interview feedback from clients through mail or phone.

B. Managing & Administrating

Maintaining the database of candidates for future references.

Various daily & monthly MIS report generation

C. Client Co-ordination

Make Coordination with the clients for different positions.

Maintaining the tracker sheet of clients.

Taking Feedback from the clients.

Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the interview with the client and also arranging for it.

Induction & Joining Formalities:

Induction and orientation of new employees, making them aware of the company's background, rules, policies and procedures.

Responsible for all the joining formalities of the recruiters.

Employee Relation:

Maintain cordial employee relations in the organization through enabling employees to voice their opinion on a common platform.
