As an Assistant Consultant in this Oracle Applications upgrade project (R12.1.3 from 11i) I was responsible for below activities.

Analyze the requirements i.e. retrofitting the 11i functionality to R12.1.3.

Did POCs, developed the required components (table/view details update for different PL/SQL packages and custom views.

Developed and implemented solutions for replenishment of Oracle Application's WWK function which calls 3 legacy systems from Oracle applications.

Retrofitting customized NACHA payment format from Oracle Applications 11i to R12.1.3.

Developed few new PL/SQL based report.

This project mainly deals with the Change Request implementation as per business requirement. So my primary role was to understand the business requirement and involvement in development.

Analyze the requirement and try to understand if this can be done by enhancing the existing custom solution or need to have new one or can be done using application configuration.

Project: Experian Ltd Regression testing module lead Oct 2011 – Nov 2011

In this project, my primary role was to meet with business on daily basis for automation script execution and modify the MIS (management information system) report (Built with MS excel, MS word) for better visibility of higher management about the execution facts of Regression testing. Below are the activities involved.

Regression test case execution was performed once before every delivery cycle.

To execute the automation test scripts using HP quality center and QTP.

Project: Experian Ltd Application Developer Oct 2009 – Sep 2011

As a developer in this project and responsible for understanding the requirement, analyzing the limitations of the custom developed systems, provide the solutions from Oracle Application side to minimize the limitation technically and functionally to understand, develop, unit test and deliver the solutions on time with minimum defects and high quality.

Involved in integrating Oracle Applications i-Procurement module with a custom developed Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) solution (developed in OAF and Oracle Work-flow) and the data flow that interfaced between Oracle Applications and the Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) solution.

Involved in integration between Oracle Application’s Invoice work-bench with a custom developed Paperless Payment Request (PPR) solution (developed in OAF and Oracle Work flow) and the data flow was interfaced between Oracle Applications and the Paperless Payment Request (PPR) solution.

Integrated Oracle Applications receivable’s transactions module with a custom developed e-Form solution (developed in OAF and Oracle Work flow) and the data flow was interfaced between Oracle Applications and the e-Form solution.

Successfully implemented the above solutions primarily for UK and US, and then rolled out the same for EMEA and APAC business units.

Project: Experian Ltd Application Developer Oct 2008 – Sep 2009

I worked as application developer and simultaneously as a Regression tester in Oracle Applications R12.0.6.

Built several automation test scripts and executed during different releases (Change Request, Architectural changes, and browser upgrade).

Automation test scripts built using QTP and stored in Quality Center used as a repository.

Worked with CR (change request) project as application developer in OAF. My role involved in development, unit test, SIT/ UAT support and post go-live warranty support of developed components.

Project: FDI UK Application Developer Nov 2007 – Sep 2008

My primary role was to develop a module in Oracle ADF and integrate with Oracle Applications 11i.

The ADF application mainly handled the incoming billing feeds and sent for approval. The approved billing feeds then sent to Oracle Applications through mapping custom tables used as a staging table and custom-built interfaces.

Integrating between different modules of custom ADF application.
