Managed development of up to 10 client ideas into full products.

Lead a worldwide team of 25 marketing, technical, and manufacturing partners in the creation of a multi user on-line game (MMOG) concept for Full Circle Holdings which was presented to NASCAR for possible implementation. Created the business plan, sought China-based technical partner, developed game concept and pitched to NASCAR.

Created the business plan and collateral used to generate initial commitments on licensing from NASCAR, resulting in venture capital financing of approximately $10M.

Selected Chinese software development partners, provided project management, China sourcing/manufacturing and developed product branding, product design, marketing, advertising and product placement for the Kinesis K2 solar and wind powered i Phone charger project for First Responder Products, resulting in 750,000 units sold in first round of sales.

Developed the user interface for kiosk based shopping and on screen Flash demos for Fan Hub/Shop Box kiosk offering which sold sports related merchandise and memorabilia in retail outlets and at NASCAR and PGA events nationwide in 2008.

Instrumented the development of original business plan and the coordination and sourcing of technical partners.

Developed personal brand website for NASCAR driver Stephen Leicht, managed day to day content and operation of the website, and created advertising and marketing materials to support his brand.

Identified and designed the organization’s strategic and long-range web goals, and web strategy.

Developed the visual branding elements and web strategy for a web portal called “FreePlay Music” used by television media during the 200 Summer Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, which offered downloadable royalty-based non-feature music to the media for use in on air news clips and advertising.
