JOB DESCRIPTION:
CCM is one of the integral positions in the Branch operations team.
1. The Customer Care Manager is primarily responsible for timely processing of bank transactions like funds transfer,authorization of RTGS/NEFT transactions, cheques, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer service levels.A CCM is responsible for lead generation for CASA accounts.CASA to new customers and deepening of account balances for existing customers. CCM is for generating the New leads and referrals to generate the business.CCM is ensures compliance to the bank rules and internal guidelines, processes and procedures.CCM is for improving the Internal Audit Operational Efficiency Score of the Branch by timely completion of assigned tasks on continuous basis.CCM is involved in protecting bank’s property as per safety norms and ensuring ethical conduct in ordinary course of business.A CCM is responsible for Cross Sell of Third-Party products LI, GI, MF, Debit & Credit Cards etc. A CCM is also provided with internal certifications in the areas of enhancing the knowledge about Bank’s products, processes and Regularity norms like KYC,AML etc.

Nature of Work & Responsibilities
1Erection and Execution works of lifting station No-3, at Laddagiri village in Veldurti Mandal in Kurnool Dist.
2In Erection work maintenance of entire mechanical activities and machineries i.e., VT pumps, HT motors, HT /LT cables, battery chargers, PLC control systems, and other related items etc.
3Which are essentially required for smooth running of the scheme.
4For Hydro Mechanical works, MS pipeline works already delivered, duly incorporating the provisions for MS delivery pipeline, cranes, valves, surge control systems, rubber expansion joints etc.
5NIT Warangal authorities also approved the relevant drawings for Hydro Mechanical & Electro Mechanical works.
6All those Mechanical Machinery equipment maintained well and fulfilled my job responsibilities as per my superiors suggestions.
