Managed multiple projects for the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS – CCSQ).

Oversaw all aspects of the projects from inception to implementation and follow up.

Managed a project for the State of Maryland Department of Child Welfare. This project was part of the CHESSIE program which maintains a database of foster children and parents. It also tracks the progress of various state programs geared toward supporting the overall welfare of children.

Worked with representatives of the Department of Child Welfare to discuss the department’s needs and objectives and lead the design and development of proposed enhancements to the system.

Oversaw all aspects of the development of the proposed solutions including the design, development, QA and User Acceptance testing, and implementation.
