Optimization of CNC Lathe Operation Using AI-SiC Composite Aug 2017-Dec 2017

Analysis of Al- Composite (SiC) in a CNC Lathe environment and effect on roughness parameter.

Performing ANOVA to determine the variation due to different machining parameter using Minitab.

Performing Regression Analysis for determining degree of dependencies on machining parameter. Design, Fabrication and Testing of F-1 Style Race car: ZHCET Formula Racing March 2015- Jan 2017 ZHCET Formula Racing is a Formula Student (FS) team from Aligarh Muslim University. Formula Student is an engineering design competition, challenging undergraduate student across the world to design, build and test a small-scale race car, which is evaluated on the basis of Engineering Design, Cost and Business strategy.

Lead cross-functional Team of 24 Members to achieve Top 6 in Design Event out of 70+ teams.

Planning team functions and Designed flowchart to streamline the knowledge transfer.

Performed Steady state analysis – Yaw and Roll moment of the car on MS Excel to analyse car behaviour

Conceptualized the double wishbone suspension geometry on Industry grade software – Optimum K

Designed and developed braking system and pedal (more than 100% weight reduction) on Siemens NX.
