of that under consortium agreement between SIEMENS EM TS Egypt and SIEMENS EM TS AG and AG was the consortium leader and Owner East Delta Production Co. Since 2012 and it is the first time to handle project with big consultant like Pegisco Co. while most of my experience I had gain from this project is how to satisfy your consultant firstly to able to convince the owner and how to communicate and handle the documentation without errors to be accepted by this kind of consultant and I’m very proud that I was part from the project management team which is the success project with kind of record for Siemens which increase Siemens reputation in the construction business for the electrical substations solution. - Its first time to know that no down payment should be deal within affiliated company but should with exception from CFR of the region who will transfer the down payment.

- How to communicate with other cultures and interfere with them and cooperate.

- I had a record in those two projects that I tries to think out of the box to reach my target which was how to collect our due down payment before our end of FY 2015 and I found that some kind of actions should be taken and resulted with success then my target will be reached after all of that and closing our profitable year of 2015 I had a phone call from our CFO to thank me of my effort and how I kept his result matching with his forecast but it was more than forecast.
