ERICSSON Online Charging Systems (OCS)/Intelligent Networks(IN)
Online charging system (OCS) enables a Communication Service Provider (CSP) to levy real-time, usage-based pricing model for their customers. Key features include Service Rating, subscriber call-balance control and plan-based discount calculations. Ericsson IN consists of SDP and SCP (CCN) as separate entities. SDP maintains subscriber information and CCN is the rating engine.
Worked as a module lead and was responsible for Requirement Specification, analysis and design of below projects. Performed system, integration, functional and regression testing and automated testing using DIAMETER client and UNIX Shell Scripts. Responsible for IN Nodes (PSL, SDP, CCN, AIR, OMM, EMM, BGW) and gained hands-on experience in MSC and HLR.

Responsible for IN systems management - installation, configuration and customization for multiple environments. Automated Testing using IPSL (Independent Protocol Simulator Language) and Batch(DOS) Scripts. Gained extensive knowledge on IN systems through multiple implementations on customer sites, maintenance activities including technical query handling, deployment and onsite support.
