Analytics Developer (2014-2017)

Worked with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, define Key Performance Indicators and developed Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse strategies. Designed and documented dashboards, alerts, and reports. Provided leadership in facilitating information gathering, structured documentation, and presentation of findings to all levels of management. Met with end users and documented their query, analysis and reporting needs. Interacted with database administrator to design and prepare conceptual schema for Universe and identified specifications for the Universe.

Created canned reports with various complex features, created charts and templates. Used Business Miner to find out the credit worthy-ness of the customers and reasons for their default in making prompt payments.

Collaborated on training program and authored training materials and trained 100’s of end users on Business Objects Products, which resulted in reducing the requests sent to IT department by 50%.

Executed information seeking project to determine what users were accessing information without appropriate authorization. Built a dashboard on the front end, reducing data breeches by the 1000’s. The Oracle/SAP Business Objects program is still in production.
