Plant Human Resources Manager

Responsible for implementation, management and support of all HR processes and service for an organization of 250+ employees (85% union employees) that includes four business units and two union plants. HR processes include recruiting/hiring, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and safety.
