EXECUTED PROJECT SUMMARY:

1. From April 2016 to till date

Owner: M/s. Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). Client: M/s. SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. Organization: M/s. Nasser M Al Baddah & Partner Gen. Trading (NBTC), Kuwait. Project: Clean Fuel Project - General Contracts Work in Brown Field at KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) Role: Mechanical Engineer (Planning & Cost Control) Project scope includes General Construction Contracts works (C, SMP, E&I) inside the Brown field of KNPC Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery, Kuwait for Clean Fuels Project. Work scope includes the Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning assistance for the completion of Clean Fuels Project at MAA Refinery. Construction scope includes civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation activities starting from site grading, concreting works, Pipeline (Welding – 225,000 DI & Erection – 950,000 IM) works, structural steel fabrication

& erection (2,800 Tons) works, Equipment Erection (3,500 Tons) & E&I cabling works. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES:

Preparing, monitoring & ensuring monthly, weekly and three months look ahead schedules to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones in order to achieve highest productivity of different packages & units of Oil & Gas Refinery.

Preparing and updating project S-Curves, Progress Measurement Sheet (PMS) and Resource & Manpower histograms on Monthly / Weekly basis.

Preparing & ensuring man-hours & related costs are recorded / coded correctly into ERP software (SAP) & data have been validated against current budgets.

Preparation of construction material issue voucher (CMIV) for issuing required project materials from client & Placing Purchase Order (PO).

Updating the actual progress and all related information and conducting comparison analysis for identifying the slippages if any.

Maintaining the records and log of Piping (AG&UG) - Fabrication & Erection, Spools & RP Painting Progress, Pipe Support - Fabrication & Erection, Piping & Equipment – Insulation

& Cladding, Steel Structure Erection, Equipment Erection work for the mechanical discipline of the project and analysing it in order to improve further by optimizing the execution methods.

Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports and analyse the project progress and performance based on the key productive indices as per project estimation.

Preparing weekly progress status report including cost and productivity as an input for the top management weekly meetings

Preparations of work permit log sheets and delay logs for the Mechanical discipline of the project in order to assess and analyse the impact of delays in terms of cost and progress of the project.

Preparation of Cost Analysis and Revenue reports for the mechanical discipline of the project based on the daily production.

Preparation of Monthly / Weekly / Daily progress reports for the mechanical discipline such as Pipe welding (AG/UG), Pipe Insulation, Steel Structure, Painting Works for piping, Equipment Erection & Vessel Internal works of the project

Assisting in Baseline project schedule as per the scope of work using planning software

(Primavera P6).

Role: Jr. Mechanical Engineer (Planning)

Scope of work includes the completion of Metallic piping works (welding of 75,000 ID and Erection of 400,000 IM) inclusive of fabrication, erection, welding, NDT and assistance in hydro testing for New Acid Gas Revamp Project in Brown Field at KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery, Kuwait. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES:

Daily updating of project progress as a part of Project Measurement System (PMS).

Procurement of piping materials likes pipe fittings, random pipes, and valves, required for the piping work through construction material issue voucher (CMIV) and coordination with the client procurement department in order to make materials available just in time.

Planning and coordinating the material procurement as per the drawings and specification based on the project scope

Preparing weekly progress status report including cost and productivity as an input for site management weekly meetings

Monitoring the project progress based on prepared schedules & ensuring the project is executed as per the schedules in order to achieve project milestones

Planning the piping activities in order to achieve highest productivity

Project control by conducting daily progress meetings with construction managers and construction engineers

Reporting project progress to Project Manager and Construction Managers

Preparation of monthly / weekly / daily progress reports for the piping works.

Preparation of cost and revenue reports for entire project based on the daily production

Preparing monthly progress reports & maintaining the records and log of Piping fabrication, Erection, Fit-up & welding works for the project.

Assisting in estimation and forecasting of required manpower for the project on monthly basis using manpower histograms.

Organization: M/s. Nasser M Al Baddah & Partner Gen. Trading (NBTC), Kuwait. Project: LPG Train 4 Project at KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery. Role: Trainee Mechanical Engineer

Scope includes the completion of Mechanical Package for the LPG Train 4 unit at Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery by executing Structural Steel Erection Works (5000 Ton), Equipment Erection Works (10,500 Ton), and Equipment Internal works, Piping Works (Welding of 175,000 DI & Erection of 800,00 IM), Fire Fighting Works and Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Assistance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPETENCIES:

General control on subordinates erection, fabrication, and supervision of their work.

Arrangement of resources and responsible personnel for work distribution & handling of all skilled and semi-skilled directs.

Preparation of daily progress Erection (RP, Spools & Valves), fit-up and welding reports and analysing the plan and actual work done.

Preparing each and every As-built as per the site modification in coordination with the concerned site supervisor by physically checking of line in accordance with P&ID and Isometric drawings and Clearing B punch list.

Arrangement of N.D.T group as per the site requirement for Penetrate testing (PT), Hardness testing (HT), Holiday testing, Positive material identification (PMI) testing and Radiography (RT) testing.
