Worked on all cement trucks (12) and (12) trailers. T/S hydraulic air, low power, fuel and electric system. Rebuild transmission on Internationals, Mack and Caterpillar engines. Maintain all cement truck to keep them in good running conditions. Supervised one shop helper.

Worked on 789s, 793s, and Haul Trucks. Troubleshoot low power on 3516s engines and diagnose problems and report to supervisor and managers and repair the problem. I have done in-frame work, replace pistons, mains and connecting rods, bearings, cylinder heads and turbos. Adjust tune-ups, adjusting exhaust and intake valves, injectors, and bridges all to CAT specifications. Also, remove and install cabs, truck beds, radiators (3516s) engines and transmissions, torque, convertors, rear final drives, front suspensions with spindles, hoist cylinders, steering cylinders, oil coolers, differentials, rear suspensions, steering tanks, fuel tanks, wishbone, spider fans, nosecone, dog bone, and front wheel alignments. Also worked on 990 & 994 wheel loaders. On support equipment shop, I also worked on all D10s, D11s, dozers, 24H motor graders, rubber tires, backhoes which required troubleshooting, low power on engine 3508s, 3400s. Also in-frame work or remove and replace engines. Tune-up also remove and repair transmissions, tracks, blades, roller frames, rippers, finals, steering clutches, hydraulic tanks, fuel tanks, cabs, and rebuilt undercarriages and rebuild motor grader tandems completely. Worked on all these types of equipment at the shop including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and low power. Repairs on troubleshooting on all hydraulic, electrical, fuel and air systems. Perform routine safety inspections and perform safety use of lock-out and tag-out procedures.
