Blue personnel users can update their information in LDAP using Contact Directory, but non-Blue personnel are not authorized to access Contact Directory, and therefore have no way to update their information. Currently, the only way to add or update a non-Blue user in LDAP is by direct manipulation of the database.

This new solution will allow a predefined group of users to add organizations and individuals to LDAP using a user-friendly interface. All data entered via this interface will be validated prior to submission to ensure data consistency.
