Led successful program of Siebel upgrade activity to deliver customer benefits from Siebel CRM - $7.5 million budget and approximately 50 staff, stripping all customization from the application and going back to vanilla product. A major feature of this project was to support the ‘one customer’ view, ranging from consumer, B2C, B2B using Master Data Management techniques. Another critical component was the creation of a Product Pricing Engine (PPE) so that the salesforce (over 2500) across 4 separate businesses had for the first time an online referenceable way to propose offers to clients, with an automatically generated volume discount. The program overachieved its target benefits, and at the same time, simplified the sales process, lowered the cost of sales and increased the sales conversion rate.
