oAlternate Network for National Customers ($ 7 million)

Chaitali successfully led, managed and delivered all the phases of this Program which involved creating a large network for all national customers in alliance with other BCBS organizations. This program is a BCBS mandate, so the delivery was critical from a compliance perspective. Chaital successfully delivered this mission critical program within time and budget

oCalifornia Accountable Care Organization implementation ($1.5 million)

Chaitali successfully led this program from execution to closure. She turned around the program within 2 months after taking over and changed the prgram status from RED (it was behind schedule which was leading an increase in the budget) to GREEN. Took the project over and delivered it within, scope, budget and the stipulated timeline.
