● Designed and fabricated company's first successful plate-and-frame membrane prototypes

● Developed and oversaw scale-up and manufacturing operation of first-in-kind membrane product to support successful pilot demonstrations

● Developed test plans and procedures to monitor quality and performance of both new and existing products as well as support a variety of other R&D initiatives
